We provide reliable logistic solutions tailored to transporting general freight, household goods, motor vehicles, building materials, and machinery within the West Palm Beach area.

2. Use of Services

By accessing and using Pro Lube Services, LLC’s transportation and logistics services, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions without limitation or qualification.

• Services are provided strictly for non-hazardous freight as authorized under Florida intrastate regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for inappropriate or unlawful use.
• Clients are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions and compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Freight Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all freight is properly prepared, labeled, and lawful for transportation. Pro Lube Services, LLC is not liable for damaged or lost items resulting from improper packaging or undeclared contents.

• Cargo must be free of hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Pro Lube Services, LLC performs reasonable care in handling freight but does not guarantee delivery times due to operational factors.

4. Limitations of Liability

Pro Lube Services, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services including delays, damages, or losses not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our maximum liability for cargo loss or damage will be governed by applicable Florida transportation laws and USDOT regulations under exempt-for-hire operations.

5. Payment Terms

All charges for transportation and services will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed terms. Payment is due within the time frame specified in the service agreement. Pro Lube Services, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Lube Services, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or improper use of our services.

7. Amendments

Pro Lube Services, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Palm Beach County, Florida.
